I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took a little longer than I expected to hear back. They did sort it out eventually, but I had to explain the same thing twice, which was kind of frustrating. Not a terrible experience or anything, just something about it felt like it could’ve been smoother

i was a little disappointed. some of the items just didn’t seem that fresh, and the quality was kind of all over the place. for the price, i expected better. probably won’t be ordering again.

I tried it after hearing a few people say it was really good. The flavor was decent and the chocolate taste is nice, but it got too sweet quick for me. Not bad at all, just probly not something I’d order all the time...

The packaging looked fine at first, but the box itself felt kind of cheap. I guess I was expecting something a bit sturdier, and once I had it in my hands, I felt a little trapped with it since it wasn’t really worth the hassle of returning over just the packaging.

The delivery showed up on time, so that part was fine. But the box was a bit crushed when it arrived, and one of the items inside looked a little messy. Not terrible, but definitely a hit or miss experience

Paid way too much. Got basically nothing out of it. Disappointing, honestly.

I tried using googoo.com and got annoyed quickly. The site felt cluttered, and I couldn’t easily figure out where I was supposed to go or how to find what I needed.

A lot of the buttons weren’t very clear, so I ended up clicking around more than I should have. On top of that, the site was loading slowly for me, and I kept getting inconsistent answers when I tried to look things up, which made the whole thing feel even more unreliable.
Maybe other people have had a better experience, but it just wasn’t user-friendly for me. I gave it a fair try, but after going in circles for a while, I gave up...

Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but there wasn’t much there to choose from. I was expecting a bit more selection, and I don’t think that’s an unreasonable thing to notice

I’ve been happy with this so far. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, and it doesn’t feel overly thick or heavy to me, which I really appreciate. It has a nice consistency that feels reliable each time I use it, so overall it’s been a good experience

My order from googoo.com went well. The site was easy enough to use, everything showed up in good shape, and customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question. I got this as a gift for my sister, and she liked it okay, but it didn’t feel as special as I expected for what it cost. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a bit underwhelming. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund because it didn’t really match the value I thought I was paying for.

I gave it 2 stars because, to be fair, the shipping was actually okay and the package showed up without any drama. But then I opened it and the color was wrong, plus one of the items was missing, which was frustrating. Customer support did get back to me eventually, so that was nice, I guess, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a great first order either.
